About
British-born, California-based textile designer Gregory Parkinson has built a distinguished career around a masterful command of colour, print, and pattern. For two decades, his namesake fashion house supplied premier luxury boutiques and global retailers, culminating in his selection as a 2011 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalist.
Parkinson seamlessly transitioned his signature aesthetic into the luxury home and interiors market. This evolution relies on his recognizable formula: complex print combinations, artisanal technique, and intricate embroidery used for both decorative detail and structural construction.
Committed to authentic craftsmanship, Parkinson spends up to three months each year in Kolkata, West Bengal. Working directly with artisans in Northeastern India, he develops, sources, and reworks fabrics into bespoke decorative pillows and pairs custom jacquard blankets with borders hand-woven by local Bengali weavers.
